Registration

Session 1 Saturday, July 11th - 3:30pm to 6:30pm
Volunteers during this shift will be setting up and manning the bee station in the Science Booth.
Session 2 Saturday, July 11th - 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Volunteers during this shift will be manning the bee station in the Science Booth.
Session 3 Sunday, July 12th - 3:30pm to 6:30pm
Volunteers during this shift will be manning the bee station in the Science Booth.
Session 4 Sunday, July 12th - 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Volunteers during this shift will be manning the bee station in the Science Booth.
Session 5 Monday, July 13th - 9:00am to 12:00pm
Volunteers during this shift will be manning the bee station in the Science Booth.
Session 6 Monday, July 13th - 11:30am to 2:30pm
Volunteers during this shift will be manning the bee station in the Science Booth and taking down the setup for the bee area.

Registration is closed

Volunteers are needed to educate about honeybees and engage children with their families about the importance of honeybees.

Please select which sessions you are available to volunteer. Use the "REGISTER" button to sign up. There is no registration fee. The register button is meant to help us organize volunteers for shifts.

The Children's Festival is 100% run by volunteers and to express their gratitude for the time you give, your family may enter the Children's Festival for free. Volunteers will receive a follow-up email to get a count of tickets needed as well as a link to complete a quick background check.

Southern Oregon Beekeepers Association meets on the first MONDAY of June, July, and August at SOREC at 569 Hanley Road in Central Point, OR 97502. Meetings are on the first MONDAY of June, July, and August at the same location.
