May Monthly Meeting

Bring your beekeeping questions to the May meeting! 

Six teaching teams from Spring Bee School will be at the meeting to answer spring time beekeeping questions. We will have six tables setup for "round" table discussions. Let's mingle, talk about bees, and tackle some spring time issues:

  • feeding or not,
  • mite testing,
  • mite treatments,
  • queens or requeening,
  • equipment and gear
  • troubleshooting problems
  • when to add supers
  • more?
  • Questions via Zoom 

Business portion will be updated as needed. Hoping for minimal business. 


 Southern Oregon Beekeepers Association meets on the first MONDAY of June, July, and August at SOREC at 569 Hanley Road in Central Point, OR 97502. Meetings are on the first MONDAY of June, July, and August at the same location.
