PLEASE NOTE, THIS MEETING IS THE FIRST TUESDAY OF THE MONTH.

SOREC Extension Auditorium at 569 Hanley Rd. Central Point, OR 97502

5:00pm to 5:45pm Setup and Potluck - informal time to chat with experienced beekeepers and socialize.  

6:00pm-7:30pm - How to set up an electric fence to protect your apiary. A panel of experienced beekeepers who have dealt with protecting their apiary from bears will give a presentation on installation tips. 

7:45-830pm SOBA membership and board meeting. 


 Southern Oregon Beekeepers Association meets on the first MONDAY of June, July, and August at SOREC at 569 Hanley Road in Central Point, OR 97502. Meetings are on the first MONDAY of June, July, and August at the same location.
