SOBA Monthly Meeting

5:00pm Building is open, set up displays, merch, library, zoom camera, chairs, pot luck table, attendance table, Murl's displays.

5:30-5:45 Murl's World - VP Murl Ming will give his insight on hive building. 

5:45-6:00pm Sign in, put questions in the QnA box, 

6:00-6:30pm QnA on club business regarding the Regional Representative presentation in October

6:30pm-7pm Hive Check report from October 18th Hive Check field day by attendees. Questions from the audience. 

7pm General meeting begins. Two experienced beekeepers will discuss seasonal concerns, 20-30 minutes each. November will be focusing on emergency feeding (if needed) and winter options for mite mitigation

8-8:50pm Business/Board meeting begins.

All board meetings will immediately follow the general meetings. Members are encouraged to participate.  November topic will be about future meetings, events, and fostering a positive relationship with Southern Oregon Research and Extension Center. 

Board member reports will be sent to members via email prior to the monthly meeting and projected on the big screen during the meeting. .

8:50-9pm meeting adjourns, clean up & lights out.  



 Southern Oregon Beekeepers Association meets on the first TUESDAY of  April at SOREC at 569 Hanley Road in Central Point, OR 97502. Meetings are on the first MONDAY of May, June, July, and August at the same location.
