MONTHLY MEETING SCHEDULE:
5:00pm Building is open, set up displays, merch, library, zoom camera, chairs, pot luck table, attendance table, and Murl's displays.
5:30 - 6:15pm Weather permitting, MITE CHECK DEMO on one hive. Bring your protective equipment, gloves, hive tools. Mite check equipment and smoker will be provided. Members who participated in the Langstroth Hive Check Field Day can share about their entries in the Hive Log Books.
6:15 -6:30 Murl's World - VP Murl Ming will give his insight on hive building.
6:30-8pm General meeting begins.
We're trying something new with set up. Chairs will be set up in a semi-circle for improved visibility and engagement. Also better for zoom. We will have two experienced bee keepers discuss seasonal concerns, 20-30 minutes each. October topics will be solving honey bound challenges and combining smaller hives preparing for winter.

We encourage everyone to submit questions they have prior to the meeting on the website: Ask a Beekeeper OR in our question/suggestion box on the attendance table. Questions will be read and discussed during the general meeting time.
8-8:50pm Business/Board meeting begins.
In a effort to have more consistency and transparency, as well as wider member participation, all board meetings will now immediately follow the general meetings. Everyone is more than welcome to stay & participate. October topic is clarification of Regional Representative's position.
Treasurer's Report and Previous Meeting Minutes will be posted online and in a email beforehand.
8:50-9pm meeting adjourns, clean up & lights out.
